The Legion National Foundation encourages Remembrance and provides support for Veterans at a national level.
The Legion National Foundation (LNF) was established by The Royal Canadian Legion. It was incorporated under the Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act and is a registered charity. With the assistance of The Royal Canadian Legion, The LNF drives charitable activities that advance the tradition of Remembrance among Canadians including the National Youth Remembrance Contests and the Pilgrimage of Remembrance.

National Youth Remembrance Contests
With the support of the Legion, and schools across the country, the LNF engages Canadian youth from grades 1-12 to honour Canada’s Veterans through Remembrance reflections expressed through poster, literary, and video categories.
Pilgrimage of Remembrance
In association with the Legion, The Legion National Foundation’s Pilgrimage of Remembrance offers Canadians a heartfelt journey to France and Belgium, exploring sacred battle sites in honour of the sacrifices of the Fallen, deepening their understanding of Canada’s contributions in both World Wars.
